  • Step 1: Complimentary Discovery Call

    We begin with an initial consultation to review your goals, priorities, and current financial picture while outlining our process and services. Our objective is to ensure you feel informed, confident, and comfortable with next steps and whether we are the right fit to move forward together.

  • Step 2: Design & Coordinate Your Financial Plan

    We present a financial plan aligned with your goals and designed to reduce complexity in your financial life. Once approved, we begin implementation and coordinate with other professionals you work with to ensure a seamless process. You receive a clear action plan outlining each step.

  • Step 3: Investment Strategy & Goal Development

    After developing your financial plan, we design and implement a customized Investment Policy Statement tailored to align with your overall strategy. We guide you through each recommendation so you clearly understand the investments as we begin putting your strategy into action.

  • Step 4: Monitoring & Ongoing Support

    Once your plan is established, we provide ongoing oversight to track progress over time. We maintain communication to keep you informed and confident as markets change. As your goals and financial circumstances evolve, we adjust your strategy and recommendations to ensure your plan remains aligned with your needs.

  • As a truly independent firm serving as your legal fiduciary at all times, our only income comes from our clients (as opposed to coming from investment or insurance company when recommending their products).

    To best serve the diverse needs of our clients and drive accessibility, we offer three compensation models.

    Wealth Management Services

    Our most traditional model is an asset management service. For this service, our fees are always 1% or less of your investment portfolio under our management. This service includes design, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of your investment portfolio. If these assets are $500,000 or greater, we offer complimentary ongoing financial planning at no additional cost.

    Financial Planning

    If you would prefer to engage Sovereign for creation of a financial plan but implement the plan and manage assets yourself, we offer financial planning services at a fixed annual rate. The fee for these services varies with complexity but typically falls in a range of $4,000-$8,000 per year. Payment is typically charged as an ongoing monthly fee. All payment, term, and scope of work are agreed upon prior to engaging our services. No surprises.

    If you would like to focus our work to one specific topic, we are happy provide advice on a project basis. All payment, term, and scope of work are agreed upon prior to engaging our services.

  • We are located in St. Augustine, FL but our service model is not limited by physical office space. We proudly serve clients across the US.

    Sovereign’s virtual family office approach means we want to meet you where you are most comfortable. Wether that is over web conference or phone call, at our office space, or at your home.
